Medal of Distinction

- The Medal of Distinction is awarded by the Captain, in the name of Iron Cross Elite, to a person who distinguishes him or herself by gallantry at the risk of their life above and beyond the call of duty. This award will only be given for actions while engaged with an enemy force.
Honorable Service Cross

The Honorable Service Cross is awarded to a person who distinguishes themselves by extraordinary heroism while engaged in an action against an enemy. The act or acts of heroism must have been so notable and set the individual apart from his or her comrades. Exceptional performance of normal duty will not alone justify decoration.
Honorable Service Medal

- The Honorable Service Medal is awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity with Iron Cross Elite, has distinguished himself or herself by exceptionally meritorious service to the Government in a duty of great responsibility. The performance must be such as to merit recognition for service which is clearly exceptional.
Silver Iron Cross

The Silver Iron Cross is awarded to a person who is cited for gallantry in action against an enemy of Iron Cross Elite while engaging opposing forces.
Bronze Iron Cross

- The Bronze Iron Cross is awarded to anyone distinguishing themselves by heroic or meritorious achievement on the field of battle.
Blue Heart

- Given to those members who have actually been injured during combat actions. Minor injuries do not count.
ICE Commendation Medal

- Awarded to members that have distinguished themselves through heroism in combat.
ICE Achievement Medal

- Awarded to members that have completed the majority of objectives given to them in a combat action.
Extended Service Ribbon
- Awarded for every year of membership in ICE starting after the February 2007 restructuring of the team.
- Awarded after 2 years of service
- Awarded after 3 years of service
- Awarded after 4 years of service
- Awarded after 5 years of service
Combat Readiness Ribbon
- Awarded to those operators who are willing and able to deploy at a moments notice.
- This requirement is met by showing their dedication and attending a minimum of 6 outings in a row.

- Awarded to those ICE members that attended "Fallen Angel III"
- Awarded to those ICE members that Attended "Fallen Angel III" and were on Omega Team
May 20th 2007 "Operation Stormfront"
- Awarded to those ICE members that attended "Operation Stormfront"
May 6th 2007 "Operation Round - Up"
- Awarded to those ICE members that attended "Operation Round - Up"
April 21st 2007 "Bounty Hunter Wars"
- Awarded to those ICE members that attended "Bounty Hunter Wars"
April 1st 2007 "Path To Glory"
- Awarded to those ICE members that attended "Path to Glory"
Good Conduct Ribbon
- Awarded to members that show a continued upholding of the honor expected and exemplary behavior. Members become eligible for this award after 6 months of service.
Iron Cross Elite Prior Service Ribbon
- Awarded to those who were full members before the team restructuring of February 2007.
- 1st Award (one cross) awarded for those who fulfilled the requirements between February 2006 and February 2007.
- 2nd Award (two crosses) awarded for those who fulfilled the requirements between February 2005 and February 2006.
- 3rd Award (three crosses) awarded for those who fulfilled the requirements before February 2005.
ICE Service Ribbon
Awarded to those who complete basic Iron Cross Elite Training. Recruits must complete 3 events in 90 days.
